tedico came about as result of an idea Michael and Fabian shared. We shifted perspectives and flipped a switch in our minds. We thought about how best to put our skills and experience to use – having been in the IT industry for over 35 years. We considered how we want to work and who we want to work with. The result is tedico. We are accomplished and honest partners for digital projects.

tedico’s history in a nutshell
November 2019:
Company founders Fabian Fuchs and Michael Silber have the idea.
June 2020: Founding the company
tedico is kick-started in the midst of the coronavirus crisis.
First year of the company:
Sabrina comes on board as the first employee in 2020. Followed in close succession by Benjamin in August 2021.
July 2021:
Move into new offices in Rankweil.
December 2022:
With the market launch of Draxon V1, tedico introduces another software solution and reaches a key milestone in its transition from a service provider to a product-driven company.
September 2023:
By taking on apprentice Claire, tedico invests specifically in its future and strengthens the team with young talent.
July 2024:
Claire successfully completes her apprenticeship, marking not only a personal achievement but also highlighting tedico’s commitment to training and developing skilled professionals.
January 2025:
As part of a restructuring, Michael Silber becomes the sole managing partner. At the same time, Patric (silent partner) and Fabian Fuchs exit the company.
November 2025:
With the launch of the tedico portal and Draxon V2, tedico elevates its product landscape to the next level and continues to build a strong technological foundation for future digital solutions.
February 2026:
With LeadRoute, tedico takes the next step in innovation. The new solution expands the product portfolio with a practical application for both inside and field sales.
The team
The faces behind the code
Michael was tedico before tedico even existed. Finding new approaches and treading new ground: It’s simply part of his DNA. It comes as no surprise to learn that the experienced IT expert - in the industry since 1996 - can look back on a diverse career ranging from bricklaying to a degree education in applied computing. As the team’s star player, he knows the score and never finds himself on the ropes. He is a senior software engineer, digital transformation specialist for industrial processes and a master in C#. VB, Xamarin Forms, HTML5 and Blazor.
As the saying goes: Birds of a feather flock together. Benjamin was no stranger and it was clear he has just what tedico needs. As Senior Software Engineer, specialist for IIoT and machine-to-machine communication and an expert in C# and PLC development, his capabilities are on full display on a daily basis.
For Fabian too, shifting perspectives is simply a part of his day-to-day. And not just in a professional sense. Born in Upper Austria, he regularly travels between Vienna and Vorarlberg. As a skilled telecommunication engineer, he came to IT some ten years ago via security technology. In addition to working as a consultant and project manager in software development, he also studied industrial engineering. At tedico, which he founded together with Michael Silber, he is Senior Software Engineer, digital transformation specialist for industrial processes, cloud native engineer and ETL specialist.
The first employee is always someone special. And this is certainly true of Sabrina in many ways. She has a background in IT administration. Though she has always had a passion for software development. What’s clear: She has the tedico gene. She thinks along the right lines and as a software engineer hurls herself enthusiastically into just about any software adventure. Her specialities: Industrial apps as well as C#, Xamarin and Blazor.
Working at tedico
Creating together, that’s part of our company philosophy. Giving one’s best for some needs a home office, for others flexitime. Some need three screens, others work best from a 13-inch laptop. Some love walking to the office in Rankweil, others take the train every 6 weeks from Vienna.
Working for tedico means: Flexibility, transparency and self-reliance. As an employer, we don’t think much of all-in fixed rates. We do, however, think highly of further development and continuing training – otherwise we’d be in the wrong industry. And we rate a good working atmosphere just as highly. And because we have these things, we go out together, have evening BBQs and even travel together.
.NET Developer
Together with your team, you create customised software for a wide range of customers in the DACH region. For them, you develop C# applications at the highest level, apply agile development methods and work with continuous deployment, DevOps and cloud services.
Frontend Developer
As part of an experienced team, you will implement unique web applications for varied, high-profile clients. You develop frontend code with Angular, apply agile development methods and deal with the look and feel as well as the implementation of design requirements.
